8 Troubleshooting

		Problem	Possible causes	What to do
		The display on the panel	Power Mains cable is not	Check that the mains cable is plugged in to
		does not light up / is not lit	connected	the power socket
		No sound or picture	The A/V cord is not properly	Check the cable connections and other
			connected	equipment connected to your receiver
			Wrong selection of output mode	Try another output configuration
		The remote control is not	Battery exhausted	Change the batteries
		working	Fluorescent light interfering with the	Switch off the light
			Fluorescent light interfering with the	Switch off the light
			remote control
			Remote control is incorrectly aimed	Aim the remote control at the receiver
