Make sure the computer is set to the same IP Address range as the RCP120. Consult with your network administrator for more information.

When connecting to the Web Interface to resolve Duplicate IP Addresses between panels, make sure only one panel with a conflicting IP Address is connected to the network at any one time. Failure to do so will cause unpredictable results concerning Web Interface behavior.
