Following are descriptions of each rear panel connector:

1)4in Phoenix – RS32 / IR

This connector can be used to connect a serial port from a computer to the panel for configuration via the boot menu. When referenced, “Serial Port 1” is defined as pins GND, RS232 RX and RS232 TX. By default, t he following conditions are set:

Baud Rate: 9600

Data Bits: 8

Parity: None

Stop Bits: 1

Flow Control: None

Note

The IRX pin is not supported on the RCP120.

2)LAN

One RJ45 connector is provided for 10/100BaseT Eth ernet communications. By default, the following conditions are set:

DHCP = OFF

Default IP address: 192.168.0.100

Default Netmask: 255.255.255.0

The user can use the default address, or set a different address.

3)2in Phoenix – DC Power Input

One DC Connector is provided for connecting the remote control panel to 12V DC power using the supplied universal AC to DC power supply.
