Helpful Hints

Although the remote control that comes with your VCR will work most Cable Boxes and Satellite Systems, it is possible that the remote control will not operate your Cable Box or Satellite System.

The remote control may only operate some features of your Cable Box or Satellite System. For example, some Cable Boxes may only be turned on at the Cable Box, therefore the remote control will not be able to turn on the Cable Box.

If you can not change the channels at the Cable Box by using the Number buttons, press the VCR PLUS+/ENTER button after you press the Number buttons. It may change channels at the Cable Box.

If you had to program the remote control to operate your Cable Box or Satellite System here, whenever you replace the batteries in the remote control, you will have to program the

remote control again.
