To change harness strap slots:

1.Buckle shoulder harness straps and chest clip.

2.From front of car seat, loosen shoulder harness straps by pressing harness adjuster lever and pulling harness straps out to lengthen them.

-Make sure both buckle tongues are buckled and chest clip is closed.

3. From back of car seat, remove both metal harness strap clips from adjuster loop (fig. f).

4.From front of car seat, pull shoulder harness straps through car seat shell, seat pad and infant insert pad (fig. g).

To Re-secure Shoulder Harness Straps:

WARNING

DEATH or SERIOUS INJURY can occur

Shoulder harness straps MUST be through belt slots in infant insert.

Do not use infant insert with top slots in car seat.

1.From front of car seat, rethread shoulder harness straps through desired shoulder harness strap slots of infant insert, seat pad and seat back. Make sure shoulder harness straps are not twisted and are threaded through matching slot of seat pad and seat back.

NOTE: Only use two lowest sets of shoulder harness slots with infant insert.

2. From back of car seat make sure shoulder straps are not twisted, pull shoulder harness straps down and re-attach harness strap metal clips to adjuster loop as shown in fig. h.

NOTE: Openings in both metal
