PRINTER TROUBLESHOOTING

Remove unprinted labels from the printer.

 

 

6.

Carefully remove any labels caught in the

 

 

 

printer.

Tighten ribbon in ribbon cartridge by turning

 

 

 

knobs.

 

 

3.

Insert ribbon cartridge into printer.

 

Print head elements or “dots” are burned out.

 

 

Replace print head.
