Answering/ending a call
If someone calls you, you will hear the tele- phone ring and “Answer?” will appear in the display. If you receive a call from a telephone supporting call line identification (e.g. ISDN), the caller’s telephone number will appear in the display.

To answer a call:
•Press one of the buttons on the right- hand side of the set.
To end a call:
•Press or CL.
Call waiting (2nd caller)
While using the telephone you can receive a message that a second party is trying to call you.
If you would like to take advantage of “call waiting”, you may have to order this service from your network operator and activate it.
How it works
You are still talking on the telephone to the first party. You hear the call waiting signal.
To refuse the call:
•Press CL.
To answer the waiting call:
•Press OK.
The first party will be put on hold (cannot join in on the second call).

Broker’s call/hold
During a telephone call, you can make or receive a second call. The active call will be placed on hold automatically.
During a broker’s call, you are able to talk to only one of these two parties at any one time, while the second party is on hold.
Activating the hold function
The first call is currently active.
•Enter the second telephone number and start to dial by pressing .
The first caller will be placed on hold and will hear music.
As soon as the second party answers, the second call will be active.
