Set charge parameters

If you cannot use AOC, you can set an in- ternal charge counter. You can enter the charge per minute.

Press OK.

Enter the access code.

Press OK.

Select home or roaming network charge by pressing / and press OK.

Note on AOC/charge parameters

Because the charges per time unit may vary, the charge meter can be used only as an approximate point of reference.

Audible call timer

You can set an audible beep which is emit- ted after a preset call time has elapsed.

Press << / >> to switch the beep on or off.

You can use the selection buttons to alter the setting from between 15 and 300 sec- onds. The cursor will flash at the last digit of the value entered.

After you have pressed OK, “Audible call timer” will appear in the display. You can select the next menu item.

Switches on/off and alters the PIN code.

Press << / >> to switch between On, Alter, Off. An arrow will indicate the setting select- ed last.

If you wish to alter the setting, press OK. Enter the PIN code and press OK to con- firm your entry.

If the PIN code is entered incorrectly three times in succession, the SIM card will be deactivated. It can only be reactivated after the master PIN (PUK) has been entered. Your service provider has more detailed in- formation.
