PROBLEMS

No new SMS are received

No SMS can be sent or received

No caller Id/ poor audio quality/Poor connection quality with broadband DSL internet

CAUSES	SOLUTIONS
- SMS storage space is full	- Delete old SMS/MMS
- Wrong SMS settings	- Check SMS settings p. 25
- The outgoing or incoming SMSC	- Refer to the SMS leaflet to get
number is not set or is wrong	the correct SMSC’s numbers
- You have no subscription	- Contact your provider for more
	information
- Another SMS-enabled phone is	- Deactivate the SMS mode on
