CHAPTER TWO: THE DISPLAY

Time: The amount of time remaining in your workout. If you press , this becomes

*Pressing the “Change Display” key switches the readout from the top values to the bottom values and will light up the LEDs of the values now being displayed. If you press and hold the “Change

Display” key for one second, the display will enter “Scan Mode” and

switch between the two sets of values.
