Intended Use:

The 3M™ Shoes and Wrist Strap Tester 747 is a single-unit instrument designed especially to measure electrical resistance for evaluating the effectiveness

of ESD (electrostatic discharge) shoes and wrist straps used to protect static sensitive devices during handling.
