on the console remain lit after the key is re- moved, the console is in the “demo” mode. Refer to page 20 and turn off the demo mode.

When you are finished using the treadmill, move the on/off switch near the power cord to the off position and unplug the power cord.

ready entered your age, simply press the Enter button. If you have not entered your age, press the

+or – button. The current age setting will then ap- pear in the display. Press the buttons again to

enter your age. The buttons can be held down to enter your age quickly. When your age is shown, press the Enter button.
