Programmable functions
The programmable functions can be used to tailor washing programmes to suit your individual requirements.
The programmable functions are activated with the help of the Start button and the programme selector.
Water plus system
Selecting the Water plus additional option increases the water intake in the programmes listed below.
The water intake is increased in the wash and rinse stages and in the Cottons and Minimum iron programmes an extra rinse cycle is introduced.
There are four different settings which can be programmed to alter the water intake for the following programmes:
–Cottons
–Minimum iron
–Quick wash
–Automatic
–Silks
The programmed setting is then activated by pressing the Water plus additional option button.
The settings are as follows:
Setting 1:
an increase in the rinse water level for the programmes listed.
Setting 2:
an increase in the water level in the main wash and rinses for the programmes listed (the washing machine is delivered with setting 2 programmed as standard).
Setting 3:
an extra rinse cycle in the Cottons and Minimum iron programmes.
Setting 4:
an increase in the water level in the main wash and rinses for the programmes listed and also an extra rinse cycle in the Cottons and Minimum iron programmes. This setting should be programmed in if laundry is too hard after drying and if someone in the household suffers from a detergent allergy.
