Programme security

In order to secure a programme from undesirable changes (e. g. Over-

rotating programme knob, additional pressing of buttons, etc.), it is

possible to set the programme security. This will prevent damage to

your washing.

3

Setting and releasing the Programme security is possible at any time

during a programme.

Setting programme security:

01. Set the desired washing programme.

2.Press the START/PAUSE (START/PAUZE, MARCHE/PAUSE) button to start the programme.

3.Simultaneously press the PREWASH (VOORWAS, PRELAV.) and DELICATE (BEHOEDZAAM, SENSITIVE) buttons for 5 seconds. Programmecycle display blinks for 5 seconds;

Programme security is switched On.

3

As long as the programme security is switched On, no other settings

can be made. The door cannot be opened with the

DOOR/LIGHT (DEUR/LICHT, PORTE/ECLAIR.) button. Also, the pro-

gramme security must first be removed after the wash cycle is ended

before the door can be opened.

If an attempt is made during the wash cycle to change the selected

setting by pressing a button, then the programme cycle display will

blink for 5 seconds.

If an attempt is made to change the selected setting by turning the

programme knob, then the programme cycle display will blink until the

programme knob is reset to the original setting. The washing cycle is

not influenced.

3

The programme knob must be in the original positionbefore the

programme security can be released.

Releasing the programme security:

0Keep the PREWASH (VOORWAS, PRELAV.) and DELICATE (BEHOEDZAAM, SENSITIVE) buttons depressed simultaneously for 5 seconds. Programme cycle display blinks for 5 seconds, then lights up constantly for 5 sec- onds. The programme security is released.
