The certification verified that the cycle reduced 99.9% of bacteria typically found in clothing, bedding, and towels. There is no carry over of bacteria between loads after the cycle is complete. Only the Sanitary with Oxi cycle has been designed to meet the requirements of NSF Protocol P12 for Sanitizing Effectiveness.
