Here are some quick trouble shooting answers:
•Power light is off: Check that the “Cable/External” switch is set to “Cable” and that you are using the correct cable (see “Networking instructions for the newer AB OS/OA Blender”). The module gets power from the PLC.
•Fault light is on: Check to ensure that the DCOMM light on the PLC is on, if not you need to enable DCOMM by removing the snap cover on the PLC and holding in the COMMS button. Reboot after changing:
•Power light is on, Fault light is off, but Link light is off: This is a problem on the Ethernet side of the module and not the PLC side. Check your cables and hubs (or switches) to resolve the issue. You can bypass your network by using a crossed- cable and a laptop or computer that has Ethernet. Plug the
