Cheese Buns
2 teaspoons dried yeast (7g)

White Chocolate Macadamia Scrolls
2½ cups
1 tablespoon caster sugar
100g butter, softened ²⁄3 cups milk
1 egg
1 cup toasted macadamia nuts, chopped
180g white chocolate, roughly chopped ¼ cup firmly packed brown sugar
1.Preheat oven to moderate (180oC/160oC
2.Place flour, sugar and half of the butter in large bowl. Beat on low speed
3.Add milk and egg. Using dough hook attachment, mix on low speed
4.Turn onto clean floured surface and roll dough into a 30cm x 40cm rectangle. Sprinkle with macadamia nuts, chocolate and sugar. Dot with remaining butter. Roll dough tightly from the long side to form a log. Trim ends and cut into 12 equal slices.
5.Place slices, cut side up into prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden. Remove from pan and serve warm.
