1⁄3 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
½teaspoon baking soda

75g butter, melted
180g dark chocolate, melted
½cup sour cream 1 ½ cup icing sugar
1.Preheat oven moderate (180oC/160oC
2.Place butter and sugar in the large bowl. Mix on medium speed
3.Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda into the bowl. Mix on low speed
4.To make ICING, place butter, chocolate and sour cream in the small bowl. Whip until combined on medium speed
