Cleaning The Rotisserie Burner
Follow these instructions to clean and/or replace parts or if you have trouble igniting the Rotisserie burner.
1.Turn gas off at control knobs and LP tank.
2.Disconnectignitorwirefromelectrode(A).
3.Removethumbscrewfromshield(B),removeshieldandcleananyaccumulationofgrease withsoapandwater.
4.Unfastenhingepinsandhitchpin.Notehowhingepinsandhitchpinsareattached.
5.Usinggardenhose(preferablywithnozzle),forcewaterthroughburnertube.Make surewatercomesoutofeveryburnerporthole.Opencloggedportholeswiththinwire.
6.Examinerotisseriehousingandburnerclosely(C).Ifanycracksorlargeholes(other thanportholes)arefoundreplacerotisserieburner.
7.Wipeceramicportionofelectrode(A)withrubbingalcoholandcloth.
8.Ifgrillistobestored,coatburnerlightlywithcookingoil.Wrapwithprotectivecovertokeep insectsout.
9.Afterburnerhasbeencleaned,placerotisserieburnerontobackofgrillbottomandattach withhingepinsandhitchpins.
10.Placegastubeinsideburnertubeputshieldoverburnertubeandsecurewiththumbscrew.
VERY IMPORTANT: Burner tube must engage gas tube as shown (D).
11.Attachflatendofignitorwire(A)toelectrode.
