INSTALLING/REPLACING THE BACK UPHOLSTERY

BACK/SEAT

FIXED BACK CANES (FIGURE 6)

Installing.

1.Position the back upholstery on the back cane as shown in FIGURE 6.

2.Starting with the top two (2) mounting holes secure the back upholstery to the back canes with the ten (8) phillips screws and washers.

Replacing.

1.Remove the ten (8) phillips screws and washers that secure the back upholstery to the back canes.

2.Remove existing back upholstery from back canes.

3.Install new back upholstery onto the back canes. Refer to INSTALLING in this procedure.

TELESCOPING BACK CANES (FIGURE 7)

Installing.

1.Position the back upholstery with the screw holes UP.

2.Slide the bottom loops of the back upholstery over the back canes

3.Slide the top loops over the back canes.

4.Remove the two (2) mounting screws securing the telescoping back cane levers to the back cane.

5.Secure the top two (2) mounting holes of the back upholstery to the back canes with the two (2) mounting screws.

Replacing.

1.Remove the two (2) mounting screws that secure the back upholstery to the back canes.

2.Slide the existing back upholstery up and over the back canes.

3.Install new back upholstery onto the back canes. Refer to INSTALLING in this proce- dure.
