Safety Precautions at all times!

Familiarize yourself with the com- ponents necessary to manually operate the lift. The T-handle release cable releases and en- gages the lift platform to allow the platform to be manually extended and retracted (details on Pages 32 and 33). The manual back- up pump (hand pump) is used to manually lower and raise the ex- tended platform (see Page 33).
