New Message
When you have received a new message the 
will flash on the handset screen and the amount of messages will be shown on the base unit’s display.
To play messages
On the handset
5. Press [
] to stop playback and return to standby.
On the base
1.Press [ 
] to play the message.
2.Press [ 
] again to stop playing.
3.Press [ 
] to skip forward to the next message, press [ 
] to skip backward to the previous message.
1.Press [
] and scroll [ 
] or [ 
] to ANSW MACHINE and
press [
]. PLAY is displayed.
2.Press [
] to play new messages. The display shows the number of new messages. If there are no new messages, all stored messages are played.
3.Press [
] to display the callers identification. Press

] again to see the date and time of the call. (This only works if you subscribe to Caller ID service)
4.During playback press [
] to display a list of options. Use the [ 
] and [ 
] keys to change the options:
REPEAT press [
] to repeat current message
NEXT MESSAGE press [
] to play next message
PREV MESSAGE press [
] to play previous message
DELETE press [
] to delete the current message.
SAVE NUMBER press [
] to store the number, if available, in the phonebook.
To delete all messages
On the handset
1.Press [
] scroll [ 
] or [ 
] to ANSW MACHINE and press

].
2.Scroll [ 
] to DELETE ALL and press [
].
3.Display shows CONFIRM?. Press [
] to confirm.
On the base
During message playing, press [x] to delete the message.
To record a memo
You can record a memo which is stored on your answering machine and played back like a normal message.

2.Scroll [

] to RECORD MEMO and press [
]. Display shows RECORDING.
