NOTE:

1.Once the registration procedure is complete, the handset will automatically be allocated the next available handset number.

2.Once the Page button is pressed and held for more than 10 seconds on a base station, the base stays in registration mode for approx. 2 minutes. While the handset searches for an available base station, the screen displays

SEARCHING.

Deregister Handset

WARNING: It is not recommended that a handset be deregistered unless absolutely necessary because once a handset is deregistered, that handset’s telephone features cannot be used until the handset is re-registered.

Use the

button to scroll to Deregister HS through

 

the submenu Registration.

 

2.

Press the OK (SKL) button.

 

3.

If necessary, use the

or

button to select the handset

and press OK (SKL) button. “Deregister HS?” shows in the display.

4.Press the OK (SKL) button to confirm.

Select Base

1. Use the or button to scroll to Select Base through the submenu HS Settings.

2.Press the OK (SKL) button.

3.Use the or button to select a specific base.

4.Press the OK (SKL) button to confirm the selection.

Tones ON/OFF

1.

Use the

or

button to scroll to Tones ON/OFF through

 

the submenu HS Settings.

2.

Press the OK (SKL) button.

3.

Use the

or

button to choose Key tone, Battery Low

and Out of Range.

4.Press the OK (SKL) button.

5.Use the or button to select OFF or ON.

6.Press the OK (SKL) button to confirm the selection.

7.Repeat steps 3-6 as needed.
