Redialing

The phone stores the last 10 numbers dialed in the redialling memory.

1.

Press the

button to view the dialed calls.

2.

Use the

or

button to select the desired record.

3.Press the /flash button to redial the desired record.

4.Press the /end button to terminate the call.

Changing the Earpiece Volume

Press the or button as often as necessary to change the earpiece volume during a call.

Handset Speaker Phone

Press the button to activate/de-activate the handset speaker.

Muting the Microphone

Press the </mute button to mute your connection, the screen displays the icon. To cancel and return to normal connection, press the </mute button again.

DND (Do Not Disturb)

The do not disturb feature (DND) allows you to mute the ringer of all registered handset(s) at the same time. The phone must be in standby mode. Press the DND button on the base, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the DND LED illuminates. To cancel the DND feature, press the DND button again. You can also mute the ringer tone while the phone is ringing by pressing the DND button on the base.

Muting the Ringer during an Incoming Call

Press the /end button during an Incoming call to stop the ring on the handset. Your answering system will continue to monitor the ring.

Disabling the Ringer on the Handset

Press the and hold the */tone/ringer button for 1.5 seconds in idle mode to activate or deactivate the handset Ringer. The icon turns ON or OFF.
