Memory Full

When the answering system memory is full, the system answers after 10 rings, beeps and waits for the 3-digit security code. If you don’t enter the security code within 8 seconds , the phone hangs up. You should erase some messages so the answering system can record new messages.

NOTE: The unit also answers after the 10th ring if it is turned OFF. To access the answering system, enter your 3-digit security code.

Important Information

NOTES: There is a total of 12 minutes of recording time. This includes messages, memos, and announcements.

The maximum number of messages that can be stored is 59.

A maximum of 2 minutes is allotted for each message, memo, or announcement.

If a call comes in while you are listening to messages, playback automatically stops.

Remote Operation

1.Call your answering system from any touch-tone phone.

2.When you hear your outgoing announcement, enter your 3-digit Remote Access code.

3.You can perform the following functions:

Press the (2) to play messages

Press the (2) to stop

Press the (0) to delete current message

Press the (1) to repeat

Press the (3) to skip

Press the (4) to toggle answer on/off

Press the (7) to review menu again
