Answering System Setup via the Handset

1.Press the Menu (SKL) button to access the Main menu.

2.Press the OK (SKL) button again to access the Answer System menu.

Answering System ON/OFF

1. Use the or to scroll to Answer On/Off through the

submenu Answer System.

2.Press the OK (SKL) button.

3.Use the or to select Answer On or Answer Off.

4.Press the OK (SKL) to confirm your setting.

Rings to Answer

1. Use the or to scroll to Rings to answer through the

submenu Answer System.

2.Press the Soft Key Left (SKL) button.

3. Use the or to choose between 3 rings, 4 rings, 5 rings, 6 rings or Toll Saver.

4.Press the OK (SKL) to confirm your setting.

Message Alert

1. Use the or to scroll to Message Alert through the

submenu Answer System.

2.Press the OK (SKL) button.

3.Use the or to toggle between On or Off.

4.Press the OK (SKL) to confirm your setting.

Setting the Voice Language

1. Use the or key to choose the selection Voice Language through the submenu Answer System.

2.Press the OK (SKL) button.

3.Use the or key to select the language.

4.Press the OK (SKL) button to confirm the setting.

Remote Access Code

1. Use the or to scroll to Change RemotePIN through

the submenu Answer System.

2.Press the OK (SKL) button.

3.Press the CLear (SKR) to clear the PIN number. Enter a new 3-digit number using the number keypad.

4.Press the OK (SKL) to confirm the new number.
