To delete all old messages with the handset :

1.Press the Menu (SKL) button to access the Main menu.

2.Press the OK (SKL) button again to access the Answer System menu.

3.Use the or to scroll to Delete All Mess.

4.Press the OK (SKL) button. Erase All Msg.? shows in the display.

5.Press the YES (SKL) button to erase all messages or press NO (SKR) button to cancel.

NOTE: New, unplayed messages cannot be deleted until you play them. Once you delete the message, it cannot be recovered.

Base Ringer Volume

In idle mode, press the volume (P or Q) buttons to adjust the volume from Off to Level 5.

Memo Recording

You can record a memo, either at the base unit or from a remote location.

To record a Memo at the Base:

1.Press the and hold the memo/record button.

2.The system announces, “Now Recording”. Begin speaking after the beep.

3.Release the memo/record button when finished. Your memo is stored like a message from an outside caller.

To record a Memo from the Handset:

1.Press the Menu (SKL) button to access the Main menu.

2.Press the OK (SKL) button again to access the Answer System menu.

3.Use the or to scroll to Record memo.

4.Press the OK (SKL) button. You will hear Now Recording,” followed by a beep. You may now record a memo.

5.Press the STOP (SKR) to stop recording. Your memo is stored like a message from an outside caller.

NOTE: If memory is full, the answering system will announce “Memory is Full”, and the message indicator flashes an “F “.
