Accepting a Call for Another Member of Your Team
You can accept calls for other telephones in your team from your telephone even while engaged in another call. To do this, contact your service personnel to find out if a pickup group has been configured.
Precondition: You telephone rings briefly. The follow-
ing message appears on the display: "Call for:".
Confirm.
Press the key. The LED lights up.
Enter the code.
Activating and Deactivating a Ringing Group
You can have calls for your telephone signaled audibly at up to five other internal phones. The person who an- swers first receives the call.
Special features must be taken into considera- tion if your telephone operates with
HiPath 5000 RSM (system networking via PC network) Æ Page 100!
Saving, displaying, and deleting telephones for the ringing group:
Press the key. The LED lights up.
Select and confirm.
Enter the code.
Follow the display prompts (enter the internal station number).
Removing all telephones in call ringing group:
Select and confirm.
Enter the code.
