50 Name and Number Directory

You can store fifty of your most frequently used names and telephone numbers in the directory. Please note that numbers can be no longer than 20 digits and names no longer than 13 characters.

To store a name and number in the directory

Press the DIRECTORY option button.

NEW Press the NEW option button.

The display will show Enter Name and the cursor will flash underneath.

Enter the name using the letters on the keypad buttons.

For example, if you wish to enter the name TOM:

To enter the letter T, press the

8button. The cursor will automatically move to the right.

To enter the letter O, press the

To enter the letter M, press the 6 button.

If you enter a character incorrectly use the CLEAR button to delete it and then enter the correct character.

When you have entered the name correctly, press the OK option button to confirm.

The display will show Enter Number and the cursor will flash underneath.

Enter the telephone number you want to store, (including the dialling code).
