To delete all messages

When all messages have been played the prompt will announce, “End of messages. To delete all messages, press delete”. The display counts down from 8 - 0.

During the countdown, press the red DELETE button. The prompt will announce, “All messages deleted”. At the end of the countdown there will be a confirmation tone.

If you decide not to delete, Stop press the STOP button during

the 8-0 countdown. All messages will be saved including any marked for deletion.
