Scheduling with -1 and the numerical keys

When the date is not close to the displayed date, you may find it more convenient to enter the schedule items with the numerical keys.

For example, to schedule, “February 25,1992 1:30PM DR. WILSON VISIT AT GUEST ROOM”.
