Recalling listings

The telephone listings are stored in the order described on page 61. There are three methods of retrieving telephone listings.

1.Sequential search, which retrieves the listings in alphabetical order

2.Direct search using the first letter(s) of the party’s name

3.A keyword search for any word contained in the listing

Recalling a listing with a sequential search

1.Select the TEL1 directory.

(Press 1 TEL 1repeatedly until the TEL1 directory name appears.)
