Logging Off the Phone
Log your 4620 IP Telephone off to prevent unauthorized use during an absence. When multiple users share a phone, logging off protects your privacy by deleting your Call Log entries, and allows other users to load their specific telephone features from the call server.
As of Release 1.8, you can log off directly through the Options menu. See Logging Off the 4620/ 4620SW/4621SW IP Telephone in Chapter 6: 4620/4620SW/4621SW IP Telephone Options for details. The process described here applies to all 4620/4620SW/4621SW IP Telephones.
