How do I forward calls?

You can forward calls either from your phone or from the User Options web page. You can either forward calls to another extension, or to voice mail.

For more information, refer to the “Forwarding Calls to Another Extension” section on page 3-14.

How do I store numbers of friends and colleagues that I want to call often?

You can store the numbers of other people easily, using either the phone or the User Options web pages.

If you have the Personal Directory service available on your phone, you can enter numbers using that service (see the “Searching Personal Address Book Entries on Your Phone” section on page 5-6.)

You can also enter numbers into the Personal Address Book on the User Options web pages (see the “Creating a New Address Book Entry on the Web” section on page 5-4.)

To phone these numbers quickly, you can set them up as either speed dials, which appear directly on your phone (see the “Using Speed Dial” section on page 3-12) or you can set them up as Fast Dials, if the phone service is available to you, (see the “Using Fast Dials” section on page 5-12.)
