Switching the headset on/off

The headset is switched on. The

LED ￿ indicates the current operat-

 

ing mode:

 

• If the LED ￿ flashes slowly in

 

blue, the headset is already

 

paired to a mobile phone. The

 

headset is therefore ready to use.

 

•If the LED ￿ flashes alternatingly

in red and blue, the headset is not yet paired to a mobile phone. Pair it as described under “Pairing the headset to mo- bile phones or other Bluetooth devices” on page 11.

•If the headset is already paired to a mobile phone and if there is an incoming call on your mobile phone, the call is answered immediately by opening the microphone boom ￿ without any further action.

To switch off the headset:

f Close the microphone boom ￿.

The headset is switched off. The LED ￿

 

stops flashing.

 

All settings are saved. The battery lasts

 

longer, if you switch off the headset

￿

when not telephoning with it.
