6.Use the dialpad to enter the PARK code at the PARK prompt and press the OK soft key.

Note: Use a PARK code system ID only if more than one DECT systems overlap in your location. If only

one DECT system is available, make no entry and press the OK soft key.

7.Use the dialpad to enter the PIN (authentication code) at the PIN prompt and press the OK soft key.

8.Use the dialpad to enter the System Name at the Enter name prompt and press the OK soft key.

9.Use the dialpad to enter the phone number assigned to your handset at the Enter Number prompt and press the OK soft key.

10.Press the Esc soft key one or more times to return to the idle display.

You can now use the handset to make and receive calls.

Manually selecting the DECT system

If the handset is subscribed to several DECT systems, use this option to select which system the handset uses.

1.Access the System menu as shown in “Accessing the System menu:” on page 71.

2.Press the arrow keys to scroll and highlight the Subscription option, and press the OK soft key.
