Directory		Entering names
You can store up to 200 names and numbers in the directory.		Use the keypad letters to enter names,
		e.g. to store Tom:
Names can be up to 15 characters long and numbers up to		Press	once to enter T.
		Press	three times to enter o.
24 digits.
		Press	once to enter m.
		Writing tips
Store a name and number		Press Clear to delete the last
		character or digit.
1. From standby, press	. The directory menu is displayed.	Press	or	to move backwards
		or forwards through character/digits.
2. When storing the first entry: New entry is highlighted.		Press	to switch between upper,
Press OK.		lower or sentence case.
		Press	to insert a space.
When storing further entries: The directory list is displayed,		Use	and/or	for other
		punctuation characters.

To enter a pause in a directory number

When storing a number press and hold and a P will be displayed.

Directory empty

If the directory is empty and you press , the display shows the directory option New entry. Once an entry has been stored the full menu is displayed.
