Intercom

Intercom calls can be made:

between handsets

between the handset and base unit (KX-TG6051/KX-TG6052/ KX-TG6053/KX-TG6054)

Note:

LIf you receive an outside call while talking on the intercom, you hear 2 tones. To answer the call, press {OFF}, then press {C}.

LWhen paging a unit for an intercom call, the paged unit beeps for 1 minute.

Answering an intercom call

1Press {C} or {s} to answer the page.

2When you finish talking, press

{OFF}.

1Press {INTERCOM} to answer the page.

2When you finish talking, press

{INTERCOM}.

Note:

LWhen the ringer volume is set to off, the handset or the base unit rings at a low level for intercom calls.

Handset locator

You can locate a misplaced handset by paging it.

LThe handset beeps for 1 minute.

2To stop paging:

Press {LOCATOR}.
