Caller ID Service

Caller list

Caller information for the last 50 different callers will be logged in the caller list. You can use this list to return missed calls.

LCaller information includes phone numbers, the date and time of calls, and the number of times each caller called.

Missed calls

If a call is not answered, the unit treats the call as a missed call. The number of missed calls is shown on the handset display. This lets you know if you should view the caller list to see who called while you were out.

Example: Handset off the base unit or charger

Viewing the caller list and calling back

1Press {V} or {^} to enter the caller list.

2Press {V} to search from the most recent call, or press {^} to search from the oldest call.

LTo exit the caller list, press {OFF}.

3Press {C} or {s}.

Note:

LYou can also press {Rcvd calls} to enter the caller list.

LCalling back will not be possible if the caller information does not include a phone number.

LIn some cases, you may have to edit the number before dialling.

LIf the caller’s name and phone number are stored in the phonebook, the caller’s name and phone number are displayed alternately.

Example: JACK SMITH 3:10P 29JUN.

0555333444 3:10P 29JUN.

LIf an arrow (→ ) is displayed after the number, the whole phone number will not be shown. Press {*} to see the remaining numbers or to return to the previous display. Each time you press {*}, the display will change alternately.

Example: 222333344445555
