15.LIMITED WARRANTY

SCHUMACHER ELECTRIC CORPORATION, WARRANTS EXCLUSIVELY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER THAT THIS CHARGER WILL BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED IF IT FAILS DURING ITS LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD OF TWO YEARS FROM DATE OF RECEIPT DUE TO DEFECTS IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP. A DATED SALES RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CLAIMS.

This warranty does not cover failures arising out of improper use, abuse, maintenance or operation of the product. This warranty does not cover chargers that are opened or tampered with in any way.

Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer. Schumacher Electric shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty on this product. Except to the extent provided by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on this product is limited in duration to the warranty period.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitation on how long as implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
