Frequently blow-off sawdust with compressed air. This is especially important for the internal working parts and motor. Dust build-up around the motor is a sure way to decrease its life span.

Occasionally it will become necessary to clean the inter- nal parts with more than compressed air. To do this, remove the table top and clean the internal parts with a citrus cleaner or mineral spirits and a stiff wire brush or steel wool. Make sure the internal workings are dry before using the saw again, so that wood dust will not accumulate. If any essential lubrication is removed dur- ing cleaning, relubricate those areas.

Tables can be kept rust-free with regular applications of products like SLIPIT. For long term storage you may want to consider products like Boeshield T-9.

Since all bearings are sealed and per- manently lubricated, simply leave them alone until they need to be replaced. Do not lubricate them.
