Getting Started

AllControlSettings

 

 

OFF - turns motor off for short

STORAGE - long term and

 

term shutdown and relieves

 

system pressure

overnight shutdown and storage

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

PRIME/CLEAN PUMP - turns motor on and directs fluid to

prime tube HI SPRAY - uses high pressure

to direct fluid to spray gun

ROLL - directs low pressure

fluid to roller (when used)

SETTING INDICATOR - selects function

 

 

PRIME/CLEAN GUN & HOSE -

LOW SPRAY - uses low pressure

 

 

directs fluid to gun and hose

to direct fluid to spray gun

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Setup

Project Painter 5 can be used as either a hopper or direct immersion sprayer.

Hopper Method (Primary Spray Method)

3.Set AllControl to OFF. Engage gun trigger lock.

1.Stand sprayer upright to verify the suction tube is securely and properly connected to fitting (a) and hopper elbow (b). If they are not, connect suction tube and tighten securely.

4.Unscrew tip and guard assembly from gun.

5. Uncoil hose and connect

one end to gun. Use two
