Getting Started

Pressure Relief Procedure

Follow this Pressure Relief Procedure when you stop spraying and before cleaning, checking, ser- vicing, or transporting equipment.

1.Set AllControl to OFF. Unplug sprayer.

2.Hold gun firmly to the side of a pail. Trigger the gun to relieve pressure.

3.Engage trigger lock. See Trigger Lock, page 7.

If you suspect the spray tip or hose is clogged or that pressure has not been fully relieved after fol- lowing the previous steps, VERY SLOWLY loosen tip guard retaining nut or hose end coupling to relieve pressure gradually, then loosen completely. Clear hose or tip obstruction. Read Unclogging Spray Tip, page 14.

Trigger Lock

Always engage the trigger lock when you stop spraying to prevent the gun from being triggered accidentally by hand or if dropped or bumped.
