Oil Þlter

IMPORTANT!

Allow the machine to cool. Hot oil can cause severe burn injuries.

Undo the air Þlter so that the overpressure in the tank is discharged.

Thoroughly clean the outside of the Þlter and the surrounding parts.

Remove the Þlter cover. Lift up the sealing ring, the spring and the Þlter holder together with the Þlter cartridge.

Remove the Þlter cartridge from the Þlter holder.

Check whether there is an unusually large amount of large metal particles or sealing compound in the Þlter holder. If this is the case the machine’s hydraulic system must be checked for faults.

Clean the Þlter holder with degreasing agent. Rinse with warm water and blow dry using compressed air.

Install the new Þlter in the Þlter holder and put it in the tank. Install a new sealing ring.

Install the spring and the Þlter cover.

Air Þlter

Thoroughly clean the outside of the Þlter and the surrounding parts.

Replace the Þlter.
