Error message: Cartridge service station is stuck.

Solution The print cartridge service station is the component located beneath the print cartridge cradle that wipes and caps the print cartridge for storage. Follow these steps to clear the obstruction blocking the print cartridge service station:

1.Remove any jammed paper from the input and output trays.

2.Turn the printer off and then on again.

Error message: Photo is corrupted

Cause While the printer was printing from a memory card, either another memory card was inserted or a USB device was connected to the front camera port.

Solution Insert only one memory card at a time. Do not insert a USB device while the printer is printing from a memory card. Your photo is not corrupted.

Cause The indicated photo is corrupted on the inserted memory card. Solution Select and print a different photo, or insert a different memory card.

Error message: Card access error. See user manual.

Cause A card access error may indicate that an xD-Picture Card memory card is in a write-protected condition. xD-Picture Card memory cards have a special protection feature to ensure that your pictures are kept safe.

Note During this condition, you can still use the printer for printing and saving photos from the xD-Picture Card to a secure location, such as the computer hard drive.

Solution

Reinsert the xD-Picture Card memory card into your camera and turn on the camera. In most cases, the camera automatically makes the necessary changes.

Reformat the xD-Picture Card memory card. See the documentation that came with your camera for instructions on reformatting the memory card. Note that this process erases the pictures currently saved to your memory card. To save these pictures, transfer them to the computer before reformatting the memory card. Once you reformat the memory card, transfer those photos back to the memory card using the computer.

Turn off the printer, insert the xD-Picture Card memory card into the printer, and then turn on the printer again.
