My Bluetooth device cannot find the printer.
Solution:
•Make sure the HP Bluetooth wireless printer adapter is plugged into the PictBridge port on the top of the printer. The light on the adapter is on solid when the adapter is ready to receive data, and flashes when communicating with a device.
•The Bluetooth device may be too far from the printer. Move the device closer to the printer. The maximum recommended distance between the device with Bluetooth wireless technology and the printer is 10 meters (30 feet).
My photo did not print.
Solution: The printer may not recognize the type of file sent by the device with Bluetooth wireless technology. For a list of the file formats that the printer supports, see “Printer specifications” on page 36.
Print quality is poor.
Solution: The photo you printed may be low resolution. For better results in the future, set the device to a higher resolution, if possible. Be aware that pictures taken with

Solution: The printing application installed on your device with Bluetooth wireless technology may not support borderless printing. Contact the vendor of the device or go to their support Web site to obtain the latest updates for the printing application.
PictBridge camera error messages
Before contacting HP support, read this section for troubleshooting tips or go to the online support services at www.hp.com/support.
The following error messages may appear on your camera image display when the camera is connected to the PictBridge port on the top of the printer. Follow the instructions to resolve the problem.
NOTE: The messages that appear on your camera image display may be worded differently than the ones shown here.
"Connected to computer." (Print Setup menu does not appear.)
Cause: The USB configuration on your digital camera may be set to the wrong mode, so that the printer cannot recognize the camera.
Solution: Disconnect your camera from the printer. Change the USB configuration in the camera menu to "Digital Camera," and then reconnect the camera to the printer.
