If you are using a Coaxitron® controller, the control signals to operate the dome drive will be transmitted over the video coax. The RS-422 control lines are not used.

If you are not using a Coaxitron® controller, use the RS-422 control lines. Use 22-gauge wire.

Optional wiring for the Spectra II™ dome may be provided for alarm inputs (maximum of seven), relay output (Aux 1), and auxiliary output (Aux 2). For more information about wiring requirements, refer to the Back Box Connections section.

Proceed to the Back Box Installation section.
