| Sprinkle the beef with four, salt and pepper. Fry |

| them in a frying pan with oil, stirring frequently |

| until browned. Add onion, mushroom, parsley, |

| thyme, Worcestershire sauce and beef stock and |

|
| broil. After broiling, reduce to simmer for an hour. |
