11) Place log 03-33 on the back burner in between the burner tubes. Slide the log to the left until it touches the end of the burner tube.

8)Separate platinum embers and place on and around the embers on the front burner. Avoid stacking platinum embers. Platinum embers can be placed over burner ports.

9)Spread vermiculite on the exposed base brick in front of the front burner tube and on the log stand as shown. Ensure not to cover burner ports.
