7.Press increase symbol until desired delayed time true convection is set. (fast scrolling begins after holding increase symbol key for over 5 seconds)

8.To correct time set press increase or decrease as needed.

9.Press start symbol to begin delayed time convection function. Display will show time

of day. At the start of the delayed time convection cooking cycle, the convection indicator light will glow and temperature in oven will be displayed. Temperatures will be dis played in increments of 5F or 5C until programmed temperature is reached.

10.Once the temperature is reached, an audible signal will sound. Cooking will begin after desired temperature is reached.

11.At the completion of delayed time convection an audible signal is emitted and the oven will

shut off. The temperature display will go off as well as the

convection indicator light.

The time of day will then be displayed.

 

12.Press cancel symbol to end delayed time convection function at any time.

Note:

1.To verify oven temperature, length of cooking time, or stopping time while the oven is

heating up, press convection for temperature, cook time or stop time symbols respectively for length of time and end time. Information will be displayed for 5 seconds.
